Fees for exemption
The following fees are payable for exemptions granted under section 91(1) of the Act and any extension thereof granted under section 91(2) of the Act:
(a)
a fee of $3,000 for every one year (or part of one year) of the period of exemption or extension where the person exempted intends to grant only personal or consumer loans to individuals;
(b)
a fee of $1,000 for every one year (or part of one year) of the period of exemption or extension where the person exempted intends to grant loans other than those specified in paragraph (a);
(c)
a fee of $4,000 for every one year (or part of one year) of the period of exemption or extension where the person exempted intends to grant loans mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b).
