Regulation 24

Notwithstanding rules 8(1) and 9(3), a member of the Fund of 1923 on 31st January 1955 who was employed at that date under the terms of a written agreement may give notice in writing to the Council at any time prior to the expiration of such agreement that he wishes to avail himself of the provisions of rule 9.
