Electronic system

Subregulation 1
An electronic filing and case management system is established for the Court.

The purposes of the electronic system are as follows:
(a)
to facilitate the submission of forms and documents;
(b)
to facilitate the service, transmission or delivery of documents;
(c)
to facilitate the conduct of proceedings before the Court by electronic means.
