7. Appeal from refusal to register
Feedback & supportAny person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Registrar under section 5(1) or (5) or section 6 may, within one month of being notified of the decision of the Registrar, appeal against his decision to the Minister whose decision shall be final.

“Registrar” means the officer appointed as Registrar of Mutual Benefit Organisations and includes an Assistant Registrar of Mutual Benefit Organisations;
