15. Cadet-Lieutenant

Notwithstanding regulation 14, there is hereby created the rank of Cadet-Lieutenant.
The Commandant may appoint as a Cadet-Lieutenant any member of the Corps above the age of 16 years who has successfully completed such course of training as the Commandant may approve. (3) The badge of rank of a Cadet-Lieutenant shall be the badge of a Second Lieutenant mounted on white cloth material on each shoulder strap together with white cloth material backing for the shoulder titles.
The appointment of a Cadet-Lieutenant shall be terminated when he is discharged from the Corps, or if he has not been discharged, when he attains the age of 19 years.
Subregulation 1
