Duties of Commanding Officers
Subregulation 1
Commanding Officers shall be responsible to the Commandant for the discipline, training and welfare of their Units.
Subregulation 2
Commanding Officers shall —
(a)
keep records showing the strength of their Units;
(b)
keep records of attendance of all officers and cadets at parades;
(c)
keep proper custody of uniform, accoutrements, stores, equipment and arms and keep records thereof;
(d)
ensure that training is carried out as laid down in the training syllabus as well as other activities as may from time to time be organised by the Commandant; and
(e)
keep officers and cadets informed of the relevant rules, regulations and instructions.
