Section 11

acquire any property, both movable and immovable, sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any such property upon such terms as the Board thinks fit;

invest its moneys in accordance with the standard investment power of statutory bodies as defined in section 33A of the Interpretation Act 1965;

accept any gift or property, whether subject to any trust or not;

receive donations and contributions and raise funds by all lawful means;

open and maintain an account or accounts with any bank or banks as the Board thinks fit;

levy such rates and charges for services performed by the Council as the Board may consider expedient;

undertake and execute any trust;

with the approval of the Minister, form or participate in the formation of any incorporated or unincorporated body or organisation or enter into any joint venture with any person or organisation for the purpose of carrying out any function of the Council; and

do anything incidental to any of its objects.
