Eligibility

Section 7
(1)
Subject to the provisions of this Act and its regulations, any person who is a citizen of Singapore or a permanent resident of Singapore shall be eligible to be enrolled as a cadet in the Corps.
(2)
The Minister may in special cases approve the enrolment of persons who are neither citizens of Singapore nor permanent residents of Singapore in the Corps.
