7. Establishment and incorporation of Productivity Fund Administration Board
Feedback & supportA body called the Productivity Fund Administration Board is established, which is a body corporate with perpetual succession and is, by that name, capable of —
(a)
suing and being sued;
(b)
acquiring, owning, holding and developing or disposing of property, both movable and immovable; and

“property” means any legal or equitable estate or interest (whether present or future and whether vested or contingent) in real or personal property of any description;
(c)
doing and suffering any other acts or things that bodies corporate may lawfully do and suffer.
