12. Duration of appointment, vacancies, etc.
Feedback & supportThe members of the panel shall each hold office for a term of one year from the date of their respective nominations and shall be eligible for renomination on completion of that period.
The Minister may revoke the nomination of any member of the panel without assigning any reason.
The seat of a member of the panel shall become vacant —
on his death;
if he resigns his seat; or
if his appointment is revoked under paragraph (2).
If a vacancy occurs in the panel of members, the body whose nominee the former holder of the vacant seat was shall nominate another person to fill the vacancy.
A person nominated under paragraph (4) shall hold office for so long as the member in whose place he is nominated would have held office.
The Minister may appoint a Secretary to the Board.
