Regulation 27
Affixing of public seal
Subregulation 1
The public seal may only be affixed —
(a)
by or with the authority of the President; or
(b)
as required or permitted by law.
Subregulation 2
A person who knowingly contravenes paragraph (1) commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $30,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
