Regulation 30
No distortion of Presidential Coat of Arms
Subregulation 1
A person must not knowingly make, use or display an image or object that is or includes a distorted or otherwise modified design of the Presidential Coat of Arms.
Subregulation 2
A person who contravenes paragraph (1) commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $30,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
