Affixing of seal of President
Subregulation 1
The seal of the President may only be affixed by or with the authority of the President.
Subregulation 2
A person who knowingly contravenes paragraph (1) commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $30,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
