3. Function of university company
Feedback & supportThe function of the university company is to pursue, within the limits of the financial resources available to it, the objects provided by its constituent documents and, in particular, to confer and award degrees, diplomas and certificates, including honorary degrees and other distinctions.

“university company” means the company limited by guarantee incorporated under the Companies Act 1967 under the name “National University of Singapore”.
