reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 17th June 2005.

reg 2Exemption

(1)

Newspapers printed and published by the advisory bodies specified in the Schedule shall be exempted from section 21 of the Act.

(2)

Newspapers printed or published by or under the auspices of any statutory body constituted by or under any public Act for a public purpose shall be exempted from section 21 of the Act.

reg 3Cancellation

The Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (Statutory Bodies) Notification (N 6) is cancelled.
