Subregulation 1

Newspapers printed and published by the advisory bodies specified in the Schedule shall be exempted from section 21 of the Act.

Subregulation 2

Amended byS 516/2012 wef 15/10/2012

Newspapers printed or published by or under the auspices of any statutory body constituted by or under any public Act for a public purpose shall be exempted from section 21 of the Act.
