Meeting of executive committee
Subregulation 1
The executive committee shall meet at least once a month.
Subregulation 2
The honorary general secretary shall give at least 3 days’ notice of the meeting unless he decides that the urgency of the agenda requires a shorter notice, the decision being subject to ratification by the executive committee when it meets.
Subregulation 3
A meeting of the executive committee shall be convened by the honorary general secretary as directed by the president or at the request of at least 3 members of the executive committee.
Subregulation 4
At least half the members of the executive committee shall constitute a quorum.
