48. Consideration by Board
Feedback & supportOn receipt of an application referred to in regulation 47, the Registrar shall refer it to the Board for consideration.
Except with the leave of the Board, the applicant shall not appear before the Board on the consideration of the application.
The Board shall consider the application in private and may, if it thinks fit, adjourn the consideration to a future date or require the applicant to be examined by medical practitioners to be appointed by the Board.
Subregulation 1
