Regulation 48
Subregulation 1
On receipt of an application referred to in regulation 47, the Registrar shall refer it to the Board for consideration.
Subregulation 2
Except with the leave of the Board, the applicant shall not appear before the Board on the consideration of the application.
Subregulation 3
The Board shall consider the application in private and may, if it thinks fit, adjourn the consideration to a future date or require the applicant to be examined by medical practitioners to be appointed by the Board.
