reg 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Nurses and Midwives Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2012.

reg 2Definition

In these Notification, “Form” means a form set out in the Third Schedule, and a form referred to by a number means the form so numbered in that Schedule.
