In this Schedule —“foreign-qualified”, in relation to a nurse or a midwife, means a person who is qualified to be registered or enrolled under section 14(1)(a)(ii), (2)(a)(ii) or (3)(a)(ii) of the Act, as the case may be;“locally-qualified”, in relation to a nurse or a midwife, means a person who is qualified to be registered or enrolled under section 14(1)(a)(i), (2)(a)(i) or (3)(a)(i) of the Act, as the case may be.
