10. Protection of Director and others from personal liability

No matter or thing done by the Director or by any officer or other person acting under the direction of the Director shall, if the matter or thing was done bona fide for the purpose of executing the provisons of this Act, subject them or any of them personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
