Section 11

Any person who does not maintain the secrecy of all matters which come to his knowledge in the performance of his official duties under this Act or who communicates any such matter to any person whatsoever except for the purpose of carrying into effect this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
