Regulation 20
Place and time of in‑person hearing
Subregulation 1
Where the Minister decides to hold an in‑person hearing, the in‑person hearing is to be held at the place and time appointed by the Minister.
Subregulation 2
The Appeals Secretary must cause adequate notice of each in‑person hearing to be given to every person required to attend the in‑person hearing.
