Adjournment
Subregulation 1
The Minister may adjourn any hearing of an appeal on any ground and may fix a date for a further hearing.
Subregulation 2
The Appeals Secretary must cause adequate notice of the further hearing to be given to every person required to attend the further hearing.
Subregulation 3
The Minister may, on the conclusion of a hearing of an appeal, adjourn for any period of time for the purpose of deliberating and considering his or her decision.
