29. Reliance on confidential material

A Reviewing Tribunal may rely on any document or part of a document to which confidential treatment has been granted, for the purposes of —

considering the notice of appeal against an appealable decision; and (b)making a decision under section 41(3) of the Act in relation to the appealable decision.
