How to start appeal

Regulation 12
An appeal against an appealable decision must be made to a Reviewing Tribunal by —
(a)
lodging a notice of appeal in accordance with rule 13; and
(b)
paying an administrative fee prescribed under regulation 9(1) of the Online Criminal Harms (Reconsideration Application and Appeal Fee) Regulations 2024 (G.N. No. S 44/2024) to the Secretary.
