Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) (Prescribed Online Service Providers) (Parts 5 and 6) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 29 June 2026.
Prescribed online service providers for Parts 5 and 6 of Act
Each of the online service providers specified in the first column of the Schedule is a prescribed online service provider for the purposes of the corresponding provisions of the Act specified in the second column, with effect from the corresponding dates specified in the third column.
