Rules 4, 6, 8, 11 and 13 do not apply to —
(a)
a person who parks a vehicle in a coupon parking place who pays, in accordance with the method described in rule 4 or 4A of the Parking Places (Digital Payment — Parking Charges) Rules 2022 (as the case may be), the parking charge for the whole of the period, or a part of the period, the vehicle is so parked or intended to be so parked; and
(b)
the period the parking charge for which is paid in accordance with the method described in rule 4 or 4A of the Parking Places (Digital Payment — Parking Charges) Rules 2022, as the case may be.
