3A. Payment by parking coupons, etc.

A person must not park a vehicle in any coupon parking place at any period of time during which parking charges are payable unless the parking charges for that period is paid by —
(a)
the method described in these Rules;
(b)
the method described in rule 4 or 4A of the Parking Places (Digital Payment — Parking Charges) Rules 2022 (G.N. No. S 76/2022); or
(c)
a combination of those methods.
