In the principal Rules, replace rule 3 with — “PART 2digital payment of parking charges for coupon parking placesMethods of digital payment of parking charges for coupon parking places
3. Without limiting rule 7(1)(a) of the Parking Places Rules (R 2), a person who parks a vehicle for a parking session within a coupon parking place during any period during which parking charges are payable may pay the parking charges for the parking session by the method specified in rule 4 or 4A.”.
