Section 106
(1)
The Returning Officer may use, free of charge, as a polling station, any school (or part of it) for the purposes of any election.
(2)
The Returning Officer must make good any damage done to, and defray any expenses incurred by the persons having control over, any school (or part of it) by reason of its being used as a polling station.
