Regulation 10A

Subregulation 1
The Committee may, for the purposes of determining whether an applicant belongs to the Indian or other minority communities —
(a)
require the applicant to provide further information;
(b)
interview the applicant;
(c)
inform itself on any matter; and
(d)
consult any person.
Subregulation 2
In determining whether an applicant belongs to the Indian or other minority communities, the Committee may take into account any refusal by the applicant to provide further information or to be interviewed.
