Regulation 12
Committee to inform applicant if applicant does not belong to Indian or other minority communities
Where the Committee does not consider that an applicant is a person belonging to the Indian or other minority communities, it shall, as soon as practicable and in any case not later than the day before the day of nomination, inform the applicant accordingly.
