Regulation 11
Committee to issue certificate one day before nomination
Upon receipt of any application under regulation 9, the Committee shall, if it considers that the applicant is a person belonging to the Indian or other minority communities, as soon as practicable and in any case not later than the day before the day of nomination, issue to the applicant a certificate in Form B in the Schedule certifying that to be the fact.
