Regulation 23

A fee that is payable under these Regulations may be waived in whole or in part if the applicant is a person in respect of whom the Controller or authorised officer is of the opinion that, in view of special circumstances, it is not desirable that any fee should be charged.

Any fee paid under these Regulations is not refundable unless otherwise provided under these Regulations or authorised by the Controller or another authorised officer.
