113. Amendment of Financial Holding Companies Act 2013
Feedback & supportSection 53 of the Financial Holding Companies Act 2013 (Act 13 of 2013) is amended by deleting paragraph (f) of the definition of “prescribed written law” and substituting the following paragraph:“(f)Payment Services Act 2019;”.

“prescribed written law” means this Act, or any of the following Acts, and any subsidiary legislation made under this Act or those Acts:(a)Banking Act 1970;(b)Finance Companies Act 1967;(c)Financial Advisers Act 2001;(d)Financial Holding Companies Act 2013;(e)Insurance Act 1966;(f)Monetary Authority of Singapore Act 1970;(g)Securities and Futures Act 2001;(h)such other Act as the Authority may prescribe;
