32. Appeals to General Division of High Court

For the purposes of section 48R(2) of the Act, an appeal against, or with respect to, a direction or decision of an Appeal Committee to the General Division of the High Court under section 48R of the Act must be made within 28 days of the issue of that direction or decision.
