Transitional provision
Where, under section 46 of the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2020 (Act 40 of 2020), any provision of Part VII or VIII of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 as in force immediately before 1 February 2021 continues to apply to any proceedings, the Personal Data Protection (Appeal) Regulations 2015 as in force immediately before that date continue to apply to or in relation to those proceedings.
