Clause 16

Section 84 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsections:“(1A) Without limiting subsection (1), a disciplinary officer may order the person treated under subsection (1) as continuing to be subject to this Act to appear before the disciplinary officer on the date and at the time appointed by the disciplinary officer for the purpose of any disciplinary proceedings in relation to the disciplinary offence concerned.(1B) A person who fails to comply with any order under subsection (1A) is deemed to have committed a disciplinary offence.”.
