Amendment of section 90

Section 90(3) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph (vi) and substituting the following paragraph:“(vi)revoke the authorisation for the creation of the Auxiliary Police Force under section 86(1);”; and

(b)

by deleting “$50,000” in paragraph (vii)(B) and substituting “$100,000”.
