Amendment of paragraph 2
In the Police Force (Exemption) Order 2017 (G.N. No. S 755/2017) (called in this Order the principal Order), in paragraph 2, in the definition of “security transportation”, replace “Private Security Industry (Private Investigation and Security Agencies) Regulations 2009” with “Private Security Industry (Regulated Agencies, Private Investigators and Security Officers) Regulations 2009”.
Amendment of paragraph 3
In the principal Order, in paragraph 3, replace “Section 86(9)(a)” with “Section 86A(1)(a) and (b)(i)”.
Miscellaneous amendments
In the principal Order —
in paragraph 2, in the definition of “specified weapon”, replace “(Cap. 184)” with “1906”;
in paragraph 2, in the definition of “valid security agency’s licence”, replace “(Cap. 250A)” with “2007”;
