11. Records and other documents to remain evidence

All records and other documents which would, before the transfer date, have been evidence in respect of any matter for or against POSB or, as the case may be, Credit POSB shall, on and from the transfer date, be admissible in evidence in respect of the same matter for or against the Bank.
