17. Dissolution of Credit POSB
Feedback & supportCredit POSB shall, by virtue of this Act, be dissolved on the day (being any day after the transfer date) on which, at the request of the Bank, the Registrar of Companies strikes the name of Credit POSB off the register under section 344 of the Companies Act (Cap. 50).
