28. Intentional damage to installation or plant used for posts

Any person who intending —
to prevent or obstruct the transmission or delivery of any postal article;
postal article
“postal article” means any article or thing transmissible by post but does not include any article or thing that the Postal Authority may prescribe to be not transmissible by post;
to intercept or to acquaint himself or herself with the contents of any postal article; or
to commit mischief,damages, removes, tampers with or touches any installation or plant or any part thereof used for posts belonging to a public postal licensee shall be guilty of an offence.

“public postal licensee” means a person designated by the Postal Authority under section 7;
