39E. Offence to remove, destroy or damage public parcel locker or related installation

A person who —
(a)
wilfully removes, destroys or damages any public parcel locker or related installation; or
public parcel locker
Defined · s 2
“public parcel locker” means a parcel locker mentioned in section 23B(a);
(b)
wilfully destroys or damages any related software,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
