Section 14
The following persons, and no others, are entitled to be present at the proceedings specified in sections 11 and 13:
(a)
the candidates;
(b)
each candidate’s proposer, seconder and assentors;
(c)
one other person (if any) appointed in writing by each candidate;
(d)
the Returning Officer and any other person authorised by the Returning Officer to assist him or her at such proceedings; and
(e)
any other person with the written permission of the Returning Officer to be present at those proceedings.
