Amendment of section 25

Section 25 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “, name and description” in subsection (3)(b) and substituting the words “and name”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “who is incapacitated by blindness or other physical cause from voting” in subsection (7) and substituting the words “who, by reason of blindness or other physical disability, is unable to vote”.
