Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Prisons (Advisory Committees) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 8 June 2026.
Amendment of regulation 2
In the Prisons (Advisory Committees) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 448/2014), in regulation 2, in the definition of “Committee” —
in paragraph (a), replace “regulation 151LC” with “regulation 86”;
in paragraph (b), replace “regulation 151L” with “regulation 83”;
in paragraph (b), delete “(Rg 2)”;
in paragraph (c), replace “regulation 151K” with “regulation 80”;
in paragraph (d), replace “regulation 73A” with “regulation 25”;
in paragraph (e), replace “regulation 151B” with “regulation 70”;
in paragraph (f), replace “regulation 151D” with “regulation 68”; and
in paragraph (g), replace “regulation 151F” with “regulation 72”.
