Regulation 17
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 16 —
(a)
after “a police lock-up”, insert “or temporary lock‑up”;
(b)
after “the police lock-up” wherever it appears, insert “or temporary lock-up”; and
(c)
replace “his” with “that lock-up prisoner’s”.
