Regulation 18
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 17 —
(a)
in paragraph (1), after “a police lock-up”, insert “or temporary lock-up”;
(b)
in paragraph (3), after “a police lock-up”, insert “or temporary lock-up”; and
(c)
in paragraph (3)(b), after “the police lock-up”, insert “or temporary lock-up”.
